What we collect
- Discord information — your Discord user ID, username and roles when you join our server or connect Discord in Whop, so we can grant the right access.
- Membership and billing information — handled by Whop. We receive your membership status and the email address you used at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us — tickets, emails or forms, so we can reply.
- Website analytics — aggregate page statistics.
How we use it
To run the community, grant and manage membership access, provide support, send updates you signed up for, prevent abuse and comply with law.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run Signal One (such as Discord, Whop, Substack and Cloudflare), when required by law, or to protect our rights and members.

Your choices
You can leave the server, cancel your membership in Whop, unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to access or delete your information by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
Signal One is not intended for anyone under 18.
